Ticket Express is an independent ticket brokerage service not affiliated with any artists, promoters, venues, sports teams or any other such organizations. The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) ® has neither licensed nor endorsed Ticket Express to sell goods and services in conjunction with NCAA Championships.
Prices & Availability
The price charged for tickets includes all applicable sales tax and service charges. Service charges reflect the difficulty in obtaining premium seats to major concerts and sporting events and are equal to the difference between the ticket price (excluding applicable sales tax) and the face value of the tickets.
A deposit for the full amount of your order will be billed to your credit card when you place your order.
Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices are subject to change at any time.
All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed by Ticket Express. Online orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or after 4:00 p.m. CT weekdays may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Online orders placed from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays will be processed and confirmed within two hours. Due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets may not be available at prices listed on TicketExpess.com in rare cases. This includes, but not limited to tickets to the Super Bowl, World Series, Final 4, and the Masters.
Memorial Stadium Seating Information
Although none of the tickets listed for this event are labeled limited view by the University, some seats in the East and West Stadiums may have a limited view at times because of pillars holding up the East and West balconies in row 39. Therefore, tickets purchased in rows 40-47 in Sections 1 to 8 and 21 to 31 may have an obstruction during certain parts of the game.
Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations
All sales are final for tickets sold via Ticket Express and TicketExpress.com. There are no refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancelations on any order once it is submitted. If an event is rescheduled or postponed, your tickets will be good for the rescheduled date and time. If an event is not rescheduled or postponed and the event is officially canceled by the venue, you will receive a full refund to the credit card charged for the order or a credit to use on a future event. If a venue has to limit capacity or implement social distancing rules for an event, your tickets may become invalid or need to be relocated and replaced. In this scenario, you are eligible for a full refund or credit for future use if replacement tickets comparable to the original order are not available for the same price.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, venues may require temperature checks or other health related checks for entry to an event. Ticket Express will not be responsible, nor offer a refund, if you are denied entry as the result of a temperature or health related check required by the venue.
All orders will be delivered at least 24 hours before the event is scheduled. All customers will be notified by phone or email if there are any exceptions.
Customers will be contacted by phone or email when their tickets are available for pickup at our office when this option is available.
All tickets shipped by FedEx will be delivered with Signature Required. We will not waive the signature requirement.
Online orders placed after 4:00 p.m. CT weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next business day.
Please check your tickets carefully. Mistakes will be rectified only within 48 hours after receipt of tickets.
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
